Creating a vision as to where you want your business to be and how it will look over an acceptable time period, is a key part of growing any business successfully. The clearer the vision for you and your team, the more the chance of the vision being realised.  A well-executed sales & marketing strategy will enable you to realise your vision.

What's involved?

• A free of charge diagnostic – typically an hour or so of your time to enable me really understand what you and your team would like to achieve.

• We would talk through who might be involved in the process and agree a venue.

• We would then provide you with a written quotation outlining our recommendations as to the most appropriate way forward together with suggested diary dates if required.

Important considerations

  1. It always starts with the financials including your fiscal year, developing appropriate budgets and targets and then testing the likelihood of achieving them.
  2. What do you want to achieve – having a set of really clear objectives is key to the planning process.
  3. When do you want to achieve your vision – typically and depending upon the current state of trade, we will agree a sensible time line with you which can range from six months to three years?
  4. Where will the business come from – having a really clear picture as to which customers/markets the business might come from.
  5. Your offering versus the competitors offering – (the marketing mix) understanding how your offering is different.
  6. Routes to market – what is the best way of getting your offering in front of the appropriate customers.
  7. Agree who will do the work (roles & responsibilities) as well as performance measures & targets.
