New for 2021 is a series of Fastrack Masterclass Programmes designed for the more experienced Manager keen to expand their existing learning and capability whilst ambitious to take on a bigger role within your business.
- The idea here is to explore one specific aspect of the business which, if done correctly, will improve sales performance within a short time frame and typically at no additional cost to the business – it’s just done better, but with the same resource.
- These are typically shorter courses spread over a 100-day period (approx. three months)
- They are based on a “learning by doing” approach
- Performance improvement is measured along the way
- Some prep work will be required before commencement
