Undertake a Customer Excellence programme

Our Customer Excellence programme is designed to help you “raise your game” from a customer’s perspective right across the business.  Its designed to challenge and prod your team and to get everybody aligned and moving in the same direction with an end goal – to move from a customer perception of adequate performance to exceptional performance.

What's involved?

• A free of charge diagnostic – typically an hour or so of your time to enable me really understand what you and your team would like to achieve.

• We would talk through who might be involved in the process and agree a venue.

• We would then provide you with a written quotation outlining our recommendations as to the most appropriate way forward together with suggested diary dates if required.

Important considerations

  1. Performance Improvement never stops – it is continuous.
  2. Achieving Customer Excellence always starts with the boss and the senior team as there has to be a real desire to improve performance at the very top of an organisation.
  3. A company may on the face of it be doing well, but tell-tale symptoms of poor service or quality issues will soon start to create “noise” and customer unrest.
  4. Changing management behaviour doesn’t happen overnight as often cultural or process issues come into play.
  5. This programme includes a value mapping to identify the hot spots within the business and then a plan and performance improvement road map designed to tackle these issues.
  6. Deployment, trust and empowerment are key factors in achieving sustainable performance improvement.
  7. The output is a measurable plan and deployed roadmap designed to radically improve performance across a 12 – 18-month time frame.
