Continuous Improvement Courses
The Continuous Improvement courses can either be run online or as a combination of online and office where regulations permit and it is safe and legally permitted to do so.
Because of our extensive knowledge and experience in the area of continuous improvement, we regularly create bespoke programmes for our clients and would be very happy to accommodate your own requirements.
- These are usually longer projects spread over a twelve-month period
- They always follow a pre prescribed roadmap
- Performance Improvement is measured at each improvement milestone
- They are much more involved and typically comprise a five-phase process including:
- Project Shaping
- Detailed Planning
- Project Activity
- Progress Review
- Deployment
- Ongoing Continuous Improvement
- Some prep will be involved before commencement
- Some homework will be required between sessions
- Some offline work will be required to apply the learning in real time
- The objective is to create a centre of excellence

Course 1 - Customer Excellence

- Incorporates a Voice of The Customer or Customer Perception Review
- Identifies the key hotspots identified as requiring improvement
- Includes Value Stream Mapping and Project Management
- Provides a clear, measurable roadmap for continuous improvement
- Output will be a real time “learning by doing” intervention as you design, manage and run a Customer Excellence Programme within your own business
Course 2 - Lean Sales & Marketing Integration
- Most companies undergoing a lean transformation programme struggle with integrating sales and marketing within their organisation and this programme is designed for exactly this scenario
- Incorporates Voice of the Customer feedback
- Integrates seamlessly with other parts of the organisation
- Identifies the wastes and symptoms of waste within the sales & marketing functions
- Includes Value Stream Mapping and Process design using relevant language
- Output will be a real awareness and understanding, as well as complete alignment with other lean departments within the business
